This is ridiculous. I originally had DirecTV and internet scheduled for installation on 11/28/2018. The technician was at my house to do the install then found out DIRECTV isn't allowed in my area and that U-Verse TV wasn't offered. He said he could still install the internet but I would need to contact support first. I contacted to have the DirecTV removed and they messed up my appointment and scheduled it for 11/30. I called back because that was wrong because the technician was literally at my house. They messed up the order again and cancelled everything completely. I had to call again and now I'm scheduled for internet installation on 12/03 and now they're going to charge me $99 for an installation fee after all of the heck I've been through, plus my installation is still scheduled for 12/03. This is the absolute service I've ever received from any company in my entire life. I regret knowing the name AT&T.
