why can't I stream prime videos through my firestick using AT&T wireless internet?>

I just switched to AT&T from Xfinity. All of a sudden, I cannot stream Prime videos over my firestick. I never had an issue using Xfinity. They are always lagging, buffering or freezing altogether.

1) You say "cannot" then you say " always lagging, buffering or freezing altogether" which is different from "cannot."

2) You say "All of a sudden". You also say "I just switched to AT&T from Xfinity". Did this problem happen immediately after switching from Xfinity, or only after some period of time as an AT&T customer? Anything else you can add to the "all of a sudden?"

3) You say "AT&T Wireless Internet". That's not really a useful product description. Can you help narrow that down? Do you have Fiber Internet? Copper? Truly Wireless? What model gateway/router device do you have from AT&T?
