Want to know Terms and Conditions

I am planning on getting AT&T Internet 18 but I could not find its Terms and Conditions. Is this plan a no contract plan or can I cancel it anytime? Is the price of $55 a month all in or there is still other charges such as taxes etc?

AT&T Internet Terms of Service

Contract requirements

A contract is not required to purchase U-verse TV, AT&T Internet, or AT&T Phone services. A contract term may be offered in some instances, however, in order to qualify for additional promotional discounts.

Taxes and (some) fees are determined by your location and are not included in the online pricing.
