U-verse sales people legal violation

An AT&T U-verse sales person came to my door and banged on it today. Issues with this:

He was Not wearing a mask and we're in a pandemic.

I have a sign on my door saying No Soliciting.

How do I contact the local sales department? Orlando, FL

As stated by @sandblaster D2D solicitors are independent contractors and like the reps in Walmart and Costco, they do not work for AT&T.

What do you do? Don't answer the door.

ATT generally does not do door to door sales. Whoever it was likely did not work for ATT and was an independent seller.
