unable to connect to the internet

Has anyone had the problem not connecting to the internet because of this message. "Webpage not available.  The webpage at http://attlocal.net/xsit? PAGE=HURL05%THISSPACE=NEXTPAGE=HURL05 could Not be loaded because net:ERR_INTERNET-DISCONNECTED

Your Gateway has an issue with its connection to the network.  I bet you would also find flashing lights on the front of the Gateway.  You'll need to contact AT&T or use their diagnostic tools to open a ticket for resolution.

Just as our helpful ACE, @JefferMC mentioned, we recommend that first check the status of your gateway using our Gateway status light article. You will need to select your gateway model from the dropdown list and the information will be listed below. 

 

We also recommend restarting your gateway as this can resolve a host of issues such as the one you are experiencing.

 

If any lights are red, please let us know!

Sounds like:
