Hey @meghanstone1,
We understand the importance of getting Internet into your home at an affordable rate, and we are here to help.
We see that you stated you have been declined before. Is this due to services not being available at your address or income requirements?
We have recently changed the requirements so more people in need are able to get affordable Internet. Do you meet the requirements? Scroll down to "Income requirements for Access from AT&T."
Is AT&T Internet service available at your address? You can request Fixed Wireless service there. In case we can't make any exceptions.
Here is how to see if we can make an address exception. Skip down to the "Gigabit Speeds, When Is It Coming?"
Let us know if this helps.

discounted internet is under the access program which works with the SNAP program so if your on food stamps then you can get discounted internet 5 or 10 dollars per month, however if internet is not offered on your street then its not offered
