SLOW SPEED...NOT GETTING WHAT I AM PAYING FOR
I don't understand why I am paying for 18mbps and I am averaging 6 to 10 mbps everytime I run a speed test. Then I call customer service and they do something and I run a speed test and get 11.7 mbps and they tell me that is acceptable. Why am I not paying for the 12mbps plan. I use to work for ATT DSL and this has been a complaint for years. I can't cancel service because I am in a contract, but believe me, once my contract is up....I am gone!!
