Rewards Card for moving over existing connection
Hi,
On your website I saw this option of getting a $300 reward card upon moving my existing internet connection over to a new location within the ATT connection. However, upon finishing the moving process on the website and checking out, I don't see any mention of the rewards card anymore. When will I receive this rewards card?

There are restrictions that prevent most existing customers from getting the rewards cards. Read the offer details and call and sk why you aren’t eligible. I moved recently and didn’t get the rewards. I do not recall why I didn’t qualify.

Last time I checked, the choices were get $300 Rewards and pay full price for services (tv/internet) or get a new 12 month contract with discounts.
If the discounts are $50, this is $600 savings over the 12 months compared to taking $300 up front and paying the $600 extra costing net $300 more. In other words, discount offers cannot be combined... it is one or the other.
