I would like to file a complaint with internet loyalty supervisor joshua id#[EDITED]. I was on the phone for 3hrs and 41min today starting at 0939 PST. He promised me a reimbursement of 1 year of wireless service that was billed at 38$/month at my old address which we disconnected almost 3 years ago in 9/2019. The phone disconnected and he never called me back or made the adjustment to my account. This is unacceptable. I have been a loyal ATT&T customer for almost a quarter a century. We have fiber internet and multiple ATT phone lines. This is unfair and we expect more from the premier wireless/internet provider in this Country.  I spoke to JORDAN ID #[EDITED]and was again shut down. he told me i would need to wait to see if any refund would go through, and that a supervisor would call me back sometime in next 72hrs- of course when they do call back they leave a VM with no callback number and then close the case.  So you have to start over. my second call in today was 1324, and lasted 1 hr and 30min exactly until Jordan hung up on me.

AT&T is responsible for 3 months of billing errors I can guarantee you won’t get anything more. Sorry it’s in the terms of service regardless of what anyone told you on the phone it’s obvious it’s was submitted for a refund and denied by upper management.
