How To Check The Wifi Plan You Paid For?
How do you check the wifi plan you have paid for because I think I am not getting up to the advertised speeds or around there. I get around 27-30Mbps Download Speed and 3-5Mbps Upload Speed. Also, I used a wired connection that connected from my PC to the router.

Your bill (online or paper) should list the plan that you are on.

What is your Internet plan? How many device do you have connected? Did you run a speed test? If not, please use the AT&T Internet Speed test to get your correct download and upload speed.
Please note that the device you connect the slower your speeds will be. We suggest you view this article to get tip on Internet plan, number of devices and how it affect your spreed.
