Car Wifi
I just signed up for the unlimited monthly internet data plan for my car and it works well when I'm in the car and the car is running. As soon as I turn the car off, the wifi is not discoverable (address is nowhere to be found). I want to use my car as a hotspot when we're camping and don't want to have sit in the car with it running to do so. Do I need a wifi extender hooked into the car (OBDII) in order to use the car wifi when I'm not sitting directly in the running car? I really hope it's possible to not have to start/run the car or be in it to use wifi .... or else it would be pretty useless to me. I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee if that helps.
If anyone can tell me how to work around this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

(866) 595-0010 Call this number for customer support for connected car. After speaking with them, if it’s not possible you can change your ATT cell phone plan. ATT has unlimited data with hotspot for each device on your cellphone plan. You can use your cell phone for hotspot while camping.
