AT&T Visa Reward Gift Card Not Received More Than 2 Months After Service Installation
During my initial set up for U-Verse Internet 300, I was told by the employee that I would receive a $100 Visa Rewards gift card for initiating new service. It has been more than 2 months since I started my service and the AT&T Rewards Center has been no help at all in figuring out what happened to my signup reward. Do not bother calling the Rewards Center at 1-800-288-2020, because you will not speak to a human representative and you will waste your time on hold.
