At&T "Thanksgifting" rewards program ongoing problems.

when you go to click on a contest link...that is suppose to be a "Thank you" to customers...why do ppl get this message- "Authentication error
access_denied - identityToken - access_denied - User not supported".....and then be told this by Agents - "Safwan 7:25 PM We are having an ongoing Issue with the AT&T Thanks reward programs".......does that sound like a Thank you to customers?....the funnier thing is some of these contests only run for 5 days..like the Amazon 25$ gift card that expired last night- today to be replaced by the at+t earbud offer.....so when there are technical difficulties on a TIMED OFFER something does no add up...ends up appearing more like a bait and switch for some reason...Why for Gods sake WHY PUT ADDED STRESS ON CUSTOMErS AT THIS TIME IN HISTORY??

THESE are the parties 100% responsible...these are the companies pretending to offer Amazon gift cards and earbuds when all they actually offer is this message  "Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later.
Authentication error-access_denied - identityToken - access_denied - User not supported"...These are the companies that thinkks this "Thanks" us...sickening display....

i could say i won the 10,000 vacation and threw it to the curb. but it wouldnt make one difference if i couldnt back it up..its jus words...empty staements without verification...flights of fancy..delusions of granduer, etc
