AT&T reward- supposed to get $300?
I added fiber to an order because they were offering $300 to current wireless customers who started internet service. The only email I got was for an early termination fee reward- is that right? It was a deal in October or very early November that I signed up under.

Let us explain the switcher offer for AT&T Fiber, catrinac.
The Switcher Reward Card Offer is available to new residential customers who switch from their current provider to AT&T Fiber (300 or higher). The reward amount is based on the early termination fee from the previous provider and rounded up to the nearest $10 increment.

@ATTHelp I don't think this one is right. It was for wireless customers who decided to switch over to AT&T fiber. I chatted with customer service and they confirmed I'd get the reward- but I've only been offered $150 for a termination fee. I don't have a termination fee, so I wouldn't have done this for that.

@ATTHelp The offer was that you get a $300 ATT Visa Reward Card if: 1) You are an ATT wireless customer with an unlimited plan, 2) you sign up for Internet 300 or higher, 3) You are a new ATT residential internet customer, 4) You sign up for ATT Fiber online.

I've been with ATT fiber since January, they just installed fiber in our neighborhood. I still haven't received a reward card either. I've been on autopay ever since service started. When will I see my reward?? I've been with ATT wireless for years too. I spoke with a Reward Center person about a month ago and they were no help at all. They said to keep waiting for my reward, yet my ATT wireless acct gave me updates that it was about to expire. I tried the reward center site with my wireless and internet att and neither worked.

reward cards are scam, they lied to me too claiming that they donated the cards on my behalf. What a joke!

@catrinac was this ever resolved for you? I'm in the same boat and meet all the criteria, but haven't received anything about my $300 by email either. I just signed up this month, so maybe still pending but not from what I'm hearing from other posts on this.
