Hello @jhang88, we're happy to help. Thanks to @my thoughtsfor jumping in and providing info as well.
Starting July 17, 2023, Access from AT&T customers began receiving notifications informing them that they are required to re-certify and confirm eligibility for the Access from AT&T program.
Note: Customers who have the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit applied to their Access from AT&T account are not required to re-certify for Access from AT&T.
There are two ways customers can keep receiving low-cost internet service with Access from AT&T:
Customers can get free internet (up to 100M) with Access from AT&T and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
Customers can visit att.com/acp to learn more about the program
Also, customers can check if they qualify for the ACP at www.getinternet.gov.
If approved for the ACP, they’re automatically approved for Access from AT&T when applying the ACP benefit to their Access from AT&T plan.
Customers can complete and submit the Access from AT&T recertification application at att.com/accessrecertify.
The process is similar to the initial Access from AT&T application process and requires supporting documentation be provided.
For customers who no longer qualify for the Access from AT&T program or who fail to re-certify, their Access from AT&T discount is removed on the bill cycle date after their recertification deadline.

To my knowledge it is the same one you used to qualify for initial service.
While I have not kept up with the ATT ACCESS program….
initially the program was to be for (4) years only from April 2016 to April 2020 and was one of the government conditions forced upon ATT in accepting government approval for ATT to purchase DirecTv summer 2015. ATT ACCESS accounts required a SNAP participation.
However a pandemic started in 1st quarter 2020 as the program was scheduled to end and ATT voluntarily extended the programm.
The initial ACCESS was internet 5/.6 or 10/1 for $10 a month or if best speed was internet 3 or less was to be $5 per month. There was a lot of fiber internet accounts being installed from 2016 to 2020 in low income areas ( no redlining in the Milwaukee markets).
Since ACP government program has become available allowing for up to $30 ACP credit reducing standard internet bills (faster speeds) from $60/ month with ACP to $30/month I am not sure ATT is still offering the $10/ month internet 5 or 10 (best availability).
If you’re approved for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), you’re automatically approved for Access from AT&T when applying your ACP benefit.
Plans up to 100Mbps only. Terms, conditions & restr’s apply.

EDIT…
https://money.cnn.com/2016/04/22/technology/access-from-att-digital-divide/index.html
AT&T will start offering discounted internet access to low-income families for as low at $5 a month.
Any home where at least one person receives food stamps will be eligible for the new program, called Access from AT&T.
The offering is part of an agreement AT&T (T) made with the FCC as part of last year's DirectTV merger and will be available until 2020

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where and how I can find my Application ID# for Access program for recertification? I was asked for it, and didn't remember it all.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
TedKay
