Address doesn't show up on availability but I know att works where I live because nearby neighbor has it
I live on a hwy in rural Alabama, and att shows that my address doesn't have internet available when I type it in, but my parents-in-law have wifi access just 2 minutes away at their marina. How do I go about getting internet access when this website doesn't recognize my address?

Did you check the addresses of nearest neighbors to the left and right same side of road?
My concern is state you are rural...
If in a LEGACY DSL area ATT is not accepting new customers... the option would be cellular hotspot using 4G LTE or 5G where available.
Existing legacy dsl customers are not kicked off the service but if cancel will not be able to re order...

We're here to shed light on your service inquiry, HannahChase91!
Just as @my thoughts mentioned, please check if your neighbors have service using our availability tool. If it shows them to have service, you can submit an address research request form. This will have one of our representatives take a closer look at your address to give a definitive answer on service availability.
