7 day outage!
7 days and Nothing's changed AND no one cares. At&T still saying the "outage" needs to be resolved before I can request a support ticket. I have no landline, no TV"s, no Wi-Fi, no PC, no laptop, no security cameras, oh and I work from home. I'm changing my service. AT&T- never again!!!

Link to file a complaint with the FCC below. They will forward complaint to AT&T, who is required to respond to you within 30 days. I received an email from the "Office of the President" within a day of filing a complaint, and my service was also restored. This "Christmas outage" affected a lot of people, and the customer service response to those affected was poor, to say the least. A company is not aware of problems with Customer Service unless it is brought to their attention through an outside agency such as BBB or FCC.

@tonisworld2 You say in another thread that your outage is a damaged cable. Do you show an outage for your zip code when you check HERE?
If so, that's probably causing AT&T to not want to send someone out to fix your cable, because they think your issue is related to the outage. They don't send someone out because it makes no sense to do so until the bigger problem is resolved.

I filed a complaint. Thanks for the link. Everyone in the forum should have it.
