Why Am I Not Getting My Gift Cards?

I would click on the https://rewardcenter.att.com link and see what shows up.

I did go there. And the $100 reward card I was supposed to get for signing up was not given.  But the $50 one I was supposed to get for upgrading was. So I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that.
