Who to contact for service quote for connection to closest remote

I'm looking for information on who to contact for potential service to a property. It is not currently listed as an eligible address, but I hear ATT is the closest connection. I'd like to see where the closest remote is and how much running the line would cost.

The property is in Roane County TN off sweetwater road(322).

Your most likely cellular service... either part of the 1.1 million addresses within 18 states to have ATT FIXED WIRELESS, part of the CAF-II funds from around 2014.... OR the larger percentage of cellular HOMEBASE aka HOTSPOT service.

ATT offers hardwired connection to about 51% of addresses within zip code 37846 while the local cable company is at less than 47% of addresses.

Satellite internet from HughesNet or ViaSat would be other options..

https://broadbandnow.com/Tennessee/Philadelphia?zip=37846

The average download speed in Philadelphia is 4.45 Mbps. This is 95.8% slower than the average in Tennessee and 1920.4% slower than the national average.

If willing to spend $100K may be able to get internet service for about 3 years... most will go towards running a fiber line for DEDICATED BUSINESS INTERNET at about $10 per foot... the balance will be monthly charge for service starting at $550 per month for a 10/10 connection, $1076 per month for a 100/100 connection. Faster speeds available for higher costs. This would never be a residential service... if have a business such as large farming, or other may be able to justify cost... or just have more money than most.

Is ATT the ILEC for the address, or a different provider such as CenturyLink, Frontier, TDS, Windstream, etc?

If ATT is the ILEC... intent for property in question?

Single Family, multi family, subdivision, apartment complex, condo complex, business ...

For residential single family or low number of housing in a rural setting expect service to be cellular.

For larger scale complexes, subdivision, business accounts may want to reach out to either Connected Communities or Business services.

Zip code of address?

AT&T is the only carrier I've seen operate within 10 miles of the property.

Property Intent is single family. Cellular coverage is sparse at best.

37846.

Based on what appear to be cable lines, the closest line is about 1.6 miles out on 322 coming from Sweetwater.

Thanks for your input.
