Who do I call about property damage.
Months ago I fiber optics installed and they had a problem installing the wires. Damaged my lawn and only put down some straw over the area. Now the straw is sprouting weeds. Need straw cleaned up and some grass seed put down. Tried calling Risk Management could not get a live body. Every call just transfers me overseas. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I called right away and was told to allow 7 days and someone would be out. Well that was over a week ago no one has been out and no more communication. Problem still exists.

if you keep the installers card, call him and get his supervisors number. Don’t rack the installer over the coals, he put in your service and other guys probably put it in the ground. Anyway, talk to the guys manager level headed and see if you get help. If they brush you off ask for their bosses number. If he doesn’t give you this and ends the call, just call back the tech and get it. If he refuses just pint out his boss is in violation of ATT’s “Code of Conduct” rules. He should understand

I never contacted the tech he did not mess up the grass. I am working with the buried cable division and was told someone would be out by Wednesday.

I have been getting the run around about my grass for MONTHS. Buried wire CS (over seas) keeps saying someone will contact me within 48 hours but it never happens. I am a senior and realize we don't mean much to AT&T since we are not the BIG GUYS but give us a break. You messed it up FIX IT!!!!
