Want to log complaint about home wire installation

I was working on a cellular connection when starting my job in a new home after moving from out of town. Did not get to witness technician doing the install. The technician put the gateway on a kitchen counter nearby where the previous homeowner had the green port at. I am very dissatisfied with the location of the gateway. It is at the edge of my house away from the center about 10 feet away from the neighbor's house which will probably cause interference one day. I understand I will have to pay a charge to move it. Between the location of the gateway and data cap, I will be switching providers whenever a better option arrives.

I could not find another place to complain, so sorry for this post.

It passes the reasonableness test to me.  

Understand you’ve won no prize for the WiFi that comes with gateway, especially if needing to rely on it for work.  Many of us buy our own solution to correct coverage and reliability problems.

 @jcsRedRaider860 If you're unhappy with the gateway's location and potential interface, You could explore buying your own WIFI solution. Switching providers for better option is also worth considering. Good Luck finding a suitable solution.

Using the existing jack is pretty common. If you didn't tell them different there's no way they could know you wanted it in a different location.  Interference from a neighbor is highly unlikely.
