Utility pole access
Does a technician require property owner permission to access a utility pole? The house appears to be unoccupied.

If the pole is in a fenced area that is secured (gate locked) access would need to be required from the property owner.
IF access can be gained without climbing over a fence, either by no border issue or unlocked gate the tech can access the equipment without permission required.

Hello AT&T, I have applied for a permit to build a fence. I found out that since it is your easement, I need your permission to have the fence inside the property line. How do I go about getting written permission for this permit?
