Upgrade from Basic 6 to Basic 24
How long will I be unable to access the Internet when the tech installs the upgrade? And what exactly are they doing to come to my home? Isn't this a simple switch at the home office side? Thank you. Christy

Hey @ChristyK,
We'd like to help you with your upgrade. In most cases, a simple profile change can give you access to the higher speeds. There are instances in which techs need to come to the service location, and work on a station nearby to ensure that you will be able to receive the proper speeds. Your Internet should not go down for long. The tech can let you know how long it generally takes.
