Unprofessionalism
I am currently speaking with Juan, and he refuses to let me speak with his supervisor or provide number or email to make a complaint. I am not a racist but the accent barrier is a issue but should not be used as a comprehension issue. I have spoke with several suppose to be loyalty supervisors and have no resolve as of yet.

There is not a area in the upper right hand corner of this application. I have been a customer for over 25 years I have two other services with Att. I am not a happy customer! 🤬
