Unburied Internet Line

I have recently switched over to att from my previous provider. The technician came and installed our service with no problem.  He told us that someone would come in a couple of days and bury my internet cable. That was two months ago.  I've called almost 10 times and talked to several people including management and still nothing. I was told today that a contractor would be out to bury it today. Once again I was lied to by att. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I regret switching over and am totally disgusted with the thought of staying with them.

You'll need to contact our Buried Wire Center team by calling 800-288-2020. They are fully equipped to dispatch a team to get that taken care of for you.

Well...I've already tried calling the buried line center AND have spoken to management in the buried line center SEVERAL times with NO results. I've called so much I've spoke to two of their managers TWICE. One of them I've talked to twice in the SAME day. So that option has given me NO satisfaction. Any other options you have for me...other than me yanking that cable out myself and leaving this pathetic company??

Exact experience I am dealing with.  They installed May3rd.  After no less than a cumulative 9 hours of phone calls, service calls to do freaking NOTHING, I am ready to cancel my phone and internet both.  Spectrum Service wasn't great, but vastly better than At&t.

Dealing with the same unburied cable issue. Frustrated with the lack of follow-through from ATT. Any advice on how to get this resolved?
