trenches in my yard

AT&T contractors came and dug deep trenches in my front yard to install cable lines. That was over a week ago and the trenches have not been filled in but are still open with orange cones and construction plastic sheeting around the trenches. I need to have these trenches filled in and closed up. When is this going to be resolved??

I called the Buried Wire Center and they told me that they can't do anything about the ditch that AT&T contractors dug. They then transferred me to customer service who, after I explained the situation, transferred me to the Buried Wire Center. Are you kidding me??? This is incredibly infuriating. Sorry but AT&T support is AWFUL!!!
