replace old junction box
Greetings:
I belong to the HOA board at a multiple-unit building in San Francisco. Recently one of our units had a new internet installation performed by one of your technicians. The installation was successful, but the ATT engineer said that the junction box for the building was very old and needed to be replaced. I have tried contacting tech support at ATT but there are no options for such repair work. Can you help?
Thanks.

Contact the engineer. He would have to request the repair if it’s an att box. If it’s not an att box, call a network/phone contractor.
Trying calling (800) 288-2020, say repair.

I live in Alhambra California. I am one of the onsite managers. My AT&T junction box for the building needs an upgrade. We have five units but only 3 units could get AT&T.
Local stores and your (800)288-2020 can not give me an answer who to call. With upgraded box and wires I am trying to convert the whole building to AT&T services only.
NO cable
NO satellite
Just 100 percent AT&T;
Home Phone
AT&T Internet
AT&T Streaming TV
