Personal injury due to negligence

I had a trip and fall incident where I fell across the edge of a concrete slab injuring my forearm and shoulder. AT&T ran internet wire on the top of the ground and left it there for over a year at the time that I tripped on it. It's now been a year later and I've made multiple attempts to contact AT&T every phone number every customer service agent leads to a dead end with no one ever responding or calling me back at this point I guess I'll have to contact injury lawyers. Not only were the wires not buried but they have ran additional wires since that time to three other homes through the property that I manage these wires are on top of the ground across the parking lot ran all the way around my building and pulled through the fence behind my property to other buildings.
