Overbooked technicians, rescheduled for two weeks out? Unacceptable
We scheduled our installation several weeks before moving into our new home. Day of we get a text saying the tech wouldn't make it and we need to call to reschedule. We call in and they tell us they were over booked and the next available time is two weeks later! This can't happen. I work from home and they're basically telling me not to work? Why were we not just rolled over to the next day and people on this list bumped until everyone is caught up? If your flight is overbooked they get you on the next flight, not rebook you two weeks later. We've called several times and the tech support is not helpful. How do they not have access to the dispatch's schedule or a direct line to speak with them? This kind of customer service is terrible!!!
