No call no show

No call no show. 2 hours on the phone with customer service and still no resolution.anyone have a solution?

After 5 hours on phone, 2 hours on your chat bot and 2 trips to your local
store I give up! I will spread the word to the community and also call the
local media and let people know how you treated folks who were dealing with
a death in the immediate family.
