New Phase - New House - No Internet
Moving into a new home in a new phase in a master planned community. All other phases are serviced by AT&T and there is an AT&T pedestal near my house. However, when searching for the address/availability of service, I receive a negative (no service is available). I already filled out a verification of address form. How long to get service extended to this new phase (when all other phases enjoy internet access and a pedestal is already available)?

Let's get you some information on your address for potential service, @mvhopper87!
Since you've already searched your address using our availability tool and filled out a verification of address form, let's move this conversation into a direct message. This way we can look at your address a bit deeper. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon.
We look forward to speaking with you!

OK, this got worse now.
1. ATT told our HOA they would be on site to get the internet live on 4/7. It did not happen.
2. They did come on site to run fiber by phase 11, a phase that has no houses yet on it.
3. Meanwhile, phase 9 continues to have new move ins weekly and we still have NO FIBER or internet.
What gives? Did someone check the box on our phase and just forget to do the work? I already completed a verification form (about 25 days ago) and nothing.
