New cable pole
AT&T installed a brand new pole, next to the old pole over a year ago. Since then, we have all been repeatedly calling to get the lines moved. There are so many lines that are unused currently connected, and when the pole was placed it pushed all the existing lines hanging back. We have a MESS of lines across multiple yards, multiple residents have been calling for over a year. When someone does come out they say the other companies need to move their lines first but I am unclear how a private citizen is supposed to make that happen, considering you placed the pole-you should get this problem fixed. It has not only continuously caused problems with wires hanging, and no company can access the box because it was pushed into trees when the new pole was placed. We had an incidence where a branch fell and multiple lines came down, they were able to be secured to the wall on my house but couldnt be adjusted at the box because no one can access it. What do I need to do to stop multiple years worth of phone calls and have the new pole placed put to use or removed and the old pole fixed, so everyone who is paying for services can get their moneys worth and not have constant problems because of ATT lack of finishing the job they started?
