Moving overhead lines to underground

Hello,

I have a site that has cable, internet and phone above ground on poles. The owner would like to have the poles removed and the cables direct buried in conduit.

Who would I talk to about reviewing this?

is the owner willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars to underground them? and possibly a 2 year timeline?

Any local electrical contractor should be able to trench conduit under ground with mule tape.

If have local cable and ATT need 2 conduits.

If have power on the pole that should be done first with the other 2 higher up in the same trench.

Once conduit in place need to call each provider to have them place new drops in the conduit and establish service.

Then can call whoever owns the pole for removal which is generally cut into sections with buried (5 to 6 feet) staying in the ground.

If have power on the pole should be owned by the local power company.

Note the above is only for the drops to the house, if main feeders are on the pole, costs and timeline will be higher.
