Internet Outage
I am currently experiencing an Internet Outage at my home. I have checked my router and all the wiring to make sure the router is working (all lights are turned on and green) and that my wires are not cut/broken (they are not) I also switched cables to make sure the cables are not at fault. (no cables work including just out of the box that I purchased). I work weekends and have been unable to work today. I am wondering if something happened yesterday during the severe thunderstorms that hit North Texas? I checked the Outage finder and there is no outage reported for my zip code.

Due to the fact that there's no reported outage, the lights on the gateway are green, and you've checked the wiring, we think we'll have to try some in-depth troubleshooting.
