I ordered internet service on 8/3/22. I was told by the order technician the installation date will be 8/9/2022. I receive email two days later stating the installation date has changed to 10/3/22.
Call and chat with several representative, who kept me on phone for over 4 hours each stating the installation date will be changed between 8/9/22 and 8/11/22. Thereafter, received email stating the appointment is still 10/3/22.
Due to the order technician advice the previous provider equipment can be returned at least a day before installation, which was done. I live with my 82 yr. old mom who doctor required internet service. Made this known to everyone I spoke with, two made promises that was not real. Others just kept transferring me to other departments.
But ask for a good review. What a joke.
