How to get my cable buried?
A new fiber line was run at my house after the original one was damaged by an aerator. Apparently the original AT&T tech used aerial cable instead of burial cable.
Anyways, this was done 2 and a half months ago. The tech said it would be buried in 7-10 days. A week ago I called AT&T and they scheduled a tech. When the tech called me before he came to the house he said he doesn't bury the cable. A few days later and I get a call from the burial people and they say they can't have someone out until the middle of July. I don't understand as they had originally promised me just a week 2 and a half weeks ago. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks????
I am at my wits end. I will cancel my service if they don't come out within a week and I will switch to another provider. I look forward to cutting this stupid line off of my yard myself.
