Area refers to zip code, not neighborhood…
if your in one of the 100+ markets within 21 state footprint where ATT provided Uverse during the 2006 to end 2015 build out that offered VDSL FTTB (fiber to the node) with current speeds of 100, 75, 50, 25 (33 million addresses) or ADSL2+ (speeds of 18 or less) you have about a 25% chance will have FTTP by end 2025. At the start of 2023, 20 million addresses already had fiber with an additional 10 million (out of estimate 40 million waiting) to be upgraded over next three years.
