Horrible Experience with ATT Install
I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve installation at my new home. I’ve taken 2 days off work and still no resolution and no internet. I’m told outside service is needed for fiber wiring. However, the building is new and on an Isle and from what I understand no one has fiber, only copper. There is service in the lobby do I know someone has service. I’m beyond frustrated. Anyone out there that can help me? I really don’t want to sit on the phone with another call center in another country.
