From NID to RJ11 jack
Am I able to run directly from the NID box into the house and put an RJ11 connector on that and plug into modem. I have no phone service. If I am able to do this which slots in the connector do I put the 2 wires for internet?

Single pair service uses the two center pins of 3 and 4
Bonded pair adds pins 2 and 5

The diagram linked is for a 6pin connector, there are also 2 and 4 pin for a single pair feed it's always the center pins. Pins count left to right with the tab down. The RJ specification depends on the pins terminated.
