Fiber install location questions

Hello I live in a decently old house it’s approx 4600sqft and I would like to plan out my configuration. I’m hoping to place my ont at the upstairs loft area which has a connected deck. I just want to confirm that this is possible. So they would need to send line to side of house up the outside wall and along the outside deck and drill a hole into the loft to place the ont. I’m willing to help my tech with the cabling is this something that is common and would the cables be ok to be run along the side of my house? I live in Florida so it gets hot. And we do not have much of an attic I believe thank you. I was also wondering the speeds of the WiFi extenders I can add on to the bgw320. My current set up is 4 eero pro 6e devices and am considering running ip passthrough however that would limit my speeds to under my 2g plan. Thank you!
