Facing an issue with Internet

Hi,
I'm facing an issue with my Browser APP. The app crashed with the error of a bad connection.
Please assist me. I'll very thank full to you.

Hey there @Alexa1122. We'd be happy to help with the intermittent internet service you've been experiencing. 

 

We'd suggest checking out our information to help with the internet service you've been having:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or hub. If you have:
  2. An internal battery backup, remove it.
  3. DSL service, unplug your telephone cord from your modem or gateway.
  4. Wait 20 seconds.
  5. Put the internal battery back in, if applicable.
  6. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the telephone cord.
  7. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or hub to restart.

Also, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to make sure that you have the latest version to connect to our internet service.
