Facility Issue

I moved in my home on December 10th,This is a new build that i was told that was wired for ATT I made an appointment for December 13th back in November. I sometimes work at home so i wanted to get service as soon as i moved in. Day before my appointment i was called to reschedule, Dec 17th. Get a call the day before that to reschedule again. Then i have some tell me its a facility issue and it will be fixed by Dec 31st. I call to set an appt for Jan 2nd, i get someone over seas that sets the appt come Jan 2nd they tell me Oh its moved the Jan 3rd.. 30 mins later i get a call and the lady states we can not come out yet because it is still a facility issue and the estimated completion date is Jan 7th. This has been the worse experience of my life.. I just want to get some internet so i can work. I have had to go to Starbucks, McDonald. Has anyone had any luck with getting things installed after this.. It is coming up on a month and no internet. I am tired of hearing estimated date... I need a firm date so i can take off to be at home... I can not just sit at home with no internet i have a job.
