Facilities Issue

So i just received another call telling me that it will be an estimated Date of Jan 17th for completion of the facility issues. This has been going on over a month. NO one can give me a straight answer and every post i see on the Forum no one has ever came back and stated my services are now connected. This is just a mess and they have people that call that are not knowledgeable and can not explain anything to you. This is a poor excuse of a company.
