Can't seem to find the DM box

If you're on a phone or tablet, try rotating the screen to landscape mode and see if the top row of the forum will show up.

If not, try a different browser on your device.  On my Android phone I use Kiwi browser and it won't display the top row but the Samsung browser does.

It should look something like this.  If the red dot isn't there then the DM expired.  Post again and ATTHelp will need to create a new one.
