Easement across our cemetery property

We own a 65 acre cemetery in Covington GA. About 2/3 rds of the way from the front lies an ATT easement that identifies a buried Fiber Optic Cable. We need to know who to call to have the exact easement marked so that we can plan cemetery development and know where we can locate new graves from that easement. An old marker on the easement listed ATT/D Distribution CLEAR (marked by UtiliQuest) with a number of 1-800-626-8089. When I call the number it is out of service. Can someone please guide me to someone I can speak with?
