DARRIN tech for in home help with box
What’s your policy at AT&T on wearing a mask while working in my parents home that are ELDERLY? While my mother was wearing one. Hummm.
Then as a small attempt to make small talk my mom 79 years old asked if they were busy? He said Yea... calls like this they pay is out to come do. By then she was boiling with insult.
Professionalism? Not at all! Left without telling my mom where he was going for 15 minutes. Out in his junky, paint needing vehicle.
Then proceeded to tell her the wireless mouse needed a new battery when in fact it didn’t after she restarted the computer. Up and LEFT without making sure the internet worked and the proper ID AND PASSWORD were on here laptop. (as he replaced the tower....?) My mom had to call and ask for more help via the land line. (A very nice woman might I add MOLLY from OKLAHOMA) THANK YOU!
He left cords EVERYWHERE and proceeded to tell my mom THATS how they were. (I have pictures of before & after)
These are BASIC complaints trust me, I’m told to refrain by my mother.
IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TECH. If it were myself, I’d change services stat. He’s never welcome in our house again. And thank you for not attempting to be considerate enough to wear a mask when asked to. Mind you this is during the covid.
WHATS YOUR POLICY AT&T on in home repair & mask requirements.

The only policy is whatever your city state or county requires. Other than that At&t does not require masks.
