Customer Claim Service number 800-894-0374 is no longer in servie ?!?

The Customer Claim Service number 800-894-0374 when called gives the message "This number is no longer in service"   ?!?

An ATT "bucket" truck repaired some cable on poles on 10/24/2020. The truck damaged my driveway by crushing and breaking off the edge of the driveway.

I have pictures, video, dates and times of all action - I even have a video of the truck entering my property and crushing the driveway.

Have tried to report this through the 800-288-2020 number 3 times and promised a return call. That hasn't happened

I have a trouble ticket number and the name of the field manager who is not calling me back.

What should I do next?

Your Process for Claims Needs Some Attention

Still after 2 weeks no one has called back. I've sent emails with pictures, videos, etc. to damageclaims@...net - no answer.

Left messages for damage claims. - no answers, emails or returned phone calls.

Starting to get frustrated as one has stepped up and taken responsibility.  People have sent emails to the field manager but again no response to this end.

At one point in the beginning I called Spectrum to see if they were responsible. They took a few days to answer. And came out to my house within less than a week from the incident date - 10/24/2020. All reasonable actions.

Phone numbers are great but unless someone answers or call back - it's no help.
