Could not prioritize feature on the home manager app

i cant find the prioritize feature on the app anymore what happened. i rencetly got the new gateway router bgw320-500 after it got installed i noticed that the prioritze option dissapeared. i dont know what to do to bring back the feature.

A good first step is to reboot your gateway to refresh the information that's sent to the app.

 

We also suggest using the Smart Home Manager website to see if the feature you're looking for is missing there as well.

What feature is this that you are talking about when you say "prioritize feature"? 

Where did it appear on the gateway's web pages?

What do you expect it to do?

I'm having the same issue.  Just had bgw320-505 installed, and the technician had me download Smart home manager.  On his ipad screen under network > connected devices > (click on any device) there are 2 options: Prioritize or Pause Internet.  On the same app on my phone I only see 'pause internet.'  Same issue on att.com using my PC > smart home manager > my devices >(click on any device) and the only option that appears is "pause internet."  The service tech said he didn't know why.  So like the original poster I know an option exists but I'm still trying to figure out how to access it.

i have the same question can anybody help tell us how to prioritize our device?  it seems someone out must know how to do this, its very frustrating

On the Smart Home Manager web page, I see the Give priority button right below the Pause device button.  I also see both buttons on the Android Smart Home Manager app.  The Give priority button is disabled for U-verse TV devices (they already have priority) on the web app, but still looks enabled on the Android app.

I don't know why the button wouldn't appear for you.  Have you tried the web page?  https://www.att.com/support/internet/home
