Cable installer installed cable directly over my garage and yard.
The ATT cable installer Installed the cable for my neighbor right over the my garage and yard. Right over where I was going to install a hot tub next year . How do we get them to move it.
I have been in automated voice (Edited per community guidelines) all morning.

How low is the cable that you can’t install a hot tub?

Do you have a utility easement where your garage [and the hot tub will] sit?

@JefferMC there is a utility easement and neither the garage or the site of the hot tub are in it the installer should have ran the line down the easement along with the other wires until he was lined up to the neighbors house and then came across the yard

Agreed. I'm not sure who you should contact. The normal front-line AT&T Support staff will be of absolutely no help. The executive escalation team might be, but even here I'm not so sure. I think I'd contact your local Public Utility Commission (or whatever it's called there) and ask them what you should be doing to retain your rights on your property.
