AT&T Fiber Connection
Currently AT&T fiber is being run through the Pleasant Valley, MO part of the High Ridge Manor neighborhood to the new life church being built at 435 and shoal creek parkway. Ever since fiber internet hit the scene T Gabbert Dr, Willis Drive and 3 cul-de-sacs have only had access to a max internet speed of 50 Mbps internet. The rest of the neighborhood (that lies in Kansas City) has Google Fiber. Now that AT&T is running their fiber through our streets why are we not getting connected? I took a survey to the sliver of neighborhood in Pleasant Valley to try to get Google Fiber to connect us and 20+ houses showed interest. It’s been 10 years and we still don’t have internet over 50 mbps.
Why can’t we be connected if you’re running fiber to a church through our streets?

Hi there @Shnigutsu,
We're happy to address your concern!
We understand the need for fast Internet speeds. And rest assured, we're working on bringing Fiber Internet to more neighborhoods across the country.
We have information right here in the forums that will help you understand why Fiber Internet isn't available at the moment. There is also an option to request that Fiber be brought to your neighborhood. Just click on "bring fiber to your property" under the section titled "Looking for Fiber for your Neighborhood or Building?"
We hope you find this information helpful!
